| Anita
draws on the wealth of experience and insights gained from
working with a diverse range of organisations in managerial,
consultancy and interim roles at senior levels over an
18-year period. Her
specialist areas include strategy development, marketing,
communications and change management.
She is also a highly experienced trainer and mentor, not only
designing and delivering a variety of short courses aimed at
helping managers enhance their effectiveness, but also
acting as a tutor for the CMI’s diploma programmes.
A
keen advocate of encouraging others to pursue their
continuing personal and professional development (both
formal and informal) Anita is herself currently studying for
a CIPD post graduate certificate in the psychology of
organisational change.
Married
with one child, for fun she teaches Jazzercise to adults -
so look out for some interesting warm up sessions . . .
Anita holds a degree in psychology from Brunel
University and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Management
Institute.
