The Graduate Development
Programme is a comprehensive four-day programme designed
specifically for graduates in their first two or three years
in a professional role. Sub-titled ‘Working in Organisations’,
the Graduate Development Programme sets out to
help participants develop their understanding of
organisational behaviour, what makes people tick and how to
develop effective working relationships – getting things done,
through with and for other people. The Graduate
Development Programme also focuses
on understanding organisational and business objectives and
provides an introduction to areas such as finance, marketing,
personnel and information management.
