Leadership Excellence is a practical two-day course for all
middle and senior managers who want to review their leadership
style and develop their skills to take account of new and
developing challenges.
The programme provides a framework for
individuals to explore their understanding of what makes an
effective leader and to evaluate themselves and their
behaviours against their own models.
Emphasis is placed on motivational and influencing
skills, on emotional intelligence and on developing
relationships and trust.
The course also emphasises strategic dimensions
including the key leadership skills needed to foster and
motivate change and innovation and how to lead change to
ensure ‘strategic alignment’.
