Remote working is becoming
increasingly common and often poses new challenges for
managers. ProSeminar's Managing Remote Teams looks at the specifics of managing
remote and virtual teams and explores how management style and
approach to team-working needs to be adjusted accordingly.
Emphasis is placed on
building relationships, managing performance and supporting
the individual both technologically and personally. The
course is relevant both for those already managing remotely
and for managers from organisations considering developing
remote working.
