Every manager and professional needs to understand stress so that they can both cope with their own stresses and relate effectively and sympathetically to stressed colleagues.

ProSeminar's Managing Stress is designed to provide not only that understanding, but also a ‘toolkit’ of preventative techniques and personal strategies so that ‘normal stress’ doesn’t turn into ‘chronic stress’ and breakdown.  Emphasis is placed on a practical four-pronged attack – managing the workload, managing emotions, dealing with change and managing the work-life balance.

By the end of the course participants will have:
