Peter’s broad international
experience includes working with organisations from
all sectors helping them and their people improve performance,
adapt to change or exploit new opportunities. Prior
to consultancy, Peter had a varied and exciting career
in management and marketing both in industry and government
service. This covered line-management and specialist
roles including buying, marketing, strategic and professional
functions.

He provides a special perspective as he combines expertise
in both marketing and personnel – adding commercial
realism and acumen to a sophisticated understanding
of inter-personal relationships and communication skills.
Peter is a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of
Marketing and of the Chartered Institute of Personnel
and Development. He also holds and an Oxford Masters
degree, gained from his researches into the effects of
culture on management learning. He is also a prolific
author – with articles and books published on aspects of
management (Management Books 2000) and specialist
negotiation books (Thomson International Press and
Hodder & Stoughton).
He has been an Associate Consultant with the Chartered
Management Institute for 20 years is a Visiting Consultant
at Henley Management College and has considerable international
experience.
