In today’s world, managing and working on projects is a core
responsibility for most managers and professionals. Whatever the scale or nature of the project – from building
a new installation to organising the office move or
managing an exhibition - success depends upon
understanding and applying in practical and relevant ways
the basic concepts and tools of project management.
This course, Project Management: Practical
