Romaine specialises in
individual, team and leadership development. Her work
focuses largely on behaviour and the impact of that
behaviour – and is based on the underpinning principle
of ‘valuing differences & bridging gaps’.
A Certified Practitioner of both MBTI® (Myers Briggs
Type Indicator®) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming),
Romaine’s areas of expertise include: Individual &
Team Coaching, 360º Appraisals, Soft Skills Training,
MBTI® Workshops, Assessment/Development Centres (design
to delivery) and Personal Development Planning.
Romaine has spent nearly 20 years in the field of Human
Resources – much of that time being dedicated to managing
and developing expatriates worldwide. She has spent
most of the last 25 years living and working in multi-cultural
environments, including several years in France, Italy,
and USA. She speaks fluent English, French and Italian.
Romaine’s honest and transparent style enables her to

has a positive approach, encouraging individuals to
capitalise on their strengths in addition to addressing
their personal challenges. She considers that being
oneself and having fun are essential elements of a successful
working environment.
Romaine holds an MA in HR Management and is a Chartered
Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
